“Hay you three, can we help you?” I heard another member of staff ask to someone else that had obviously just come into the room. I had tried to focus on the reason to hand over the glass to Ava because I knew she was right, there was one reason, one insignificant yet huge reason why I should give over the glass and that was Esmee’s face; her beautiful yet tortured face that met me as I had woken up on the ICU. I had never wanted to see that face again. So why the hell couldn’t I hand over the glass, what internal force was holding it to me?

“Hay guys come on you know the rules you have to get out of here, Mi isn’t feeling all that hot at the moment and we are trying to help her out.” The same member of staff said again to the others that had entered my room which were obviously clients.

“And from what we can tell Beth you’re doing a really bad job of actually getting that glass off of her so we decided we are going to take over.” I head the familiar high pitched voice of summer jibe at Beth and for a moment I almost laughed at her. Summer was another reason not to act on my instincts, I would have loved to see Summers face again and here her playful laugh.

“You know as well as I do that we aren’t going to let you intervene here summer now I know your worried about…hay Bella, Connor!”

“I should have mentioned that I was just a diversion!” Summer laughed and for a few moments I laughed too just before the faces of Connor and Bella appeared under the bed next to the shocked faces Of Ava, Alice and Edward.

“Hi there Mi, now how about you give us that bloody glass and we can go and moan about the staff in the day room?” Bella smiled as Connor reached his hand in next to Ava’s and held onto mine that same electric spark jolting up my body as are skin connected together and there it was a reason that beat all the other ones into nothingness. To have his lips against mine again, my hands interlocked around his shaggy brown hair; in short Connor was then only reason I needed.
